Smart Zeev is a product name sold at Zeev Kitchens Showrooms. The team behind Zeev Kitchens have come up with a smart idea for the DIY market. We are proud to say that Smart Zeev is a product made in Melbourne by Zeev and is renowned for high quality & craftsmanship.

Is Smart Zeev Flat Pack?

No. Smart Zeev is the only DIY product out there that is fully assembled, with all the hardware associated as well as the attachment of the facing or panels.

Do I have a large selection of doors to choose from?

Smart Zeev DIY doors and panels offering has been designed to offer the best colours that has sold the most in the last 12 months in the industry. Our team conducted extensive research into the colours and have come up with Australia/s favourite colours available.

Do I need to provide my own trades?

Smart Zeev DIY delivers a high quality product as a very affordable price. We ask all our customers to plan the site installation carefully. Please consider for your site work to cover, the kitchen installation, the electrician, the plumber and the plasterer.

What is the warranty on Smart Zeev DIY products?

Smart Zeev is proud to offer you a 10 year limited manufacturers warranty.

What type of benchtop on offer?

All of Smart Zeev benchtops are Laminated 38mm and are squared edged profile.

What Is Polytone?

Polytone is the brand name we use to promote our 2pac painted doors. We use Italian Industrial grade polyurethane 2pac paint. We use Non yellowing Hardners with a mix of Slow thinners to produce Australia’s best 2pac painted doors.

Is Smart Zeev Australian Made?

Smart Zeev is made up of Australian made material of HMR Chipboard & MR MDF board, It is Manufactured in Melbourne in a state of the art facility. The hinges and runners are made in Germany. Our Paint material is Italian and we assemble all the parts in Australia. We are proud to call Smart Zeev Australian Made because only 10% of the product is made from imported products.

Where can I buy Smart Zeev?

We are currently offer Smart Zeev via our 2 showrooms at Springvale and Essendon. We also have a self serve online shop where you can buy Smart Zeev from the comfort of your home.

How long does it take for Smart Zeev to be delivered?

You can have your Smart Zeev Kitchen delivered to your home within 10 days of your order.

Before you make the call please make sure you allowed for the 10 business days for the delivery. We would love to help you and confirm your delivery date so please ring our Dispatch on 1300 289 338.

I received the goods but something is missing.

In the unlikely event that you received your goods with something is missing, please report it in the following steps. Take a photo of the cabinet that the item is missing from. Email the photo and the invoice as proof of purchase to support@smartzeev.com.au. We will get back to you via email or a phone call within 48 hours.

I received the goods but something is damaged.

In the unlikely event that you received your goods damaged, please report it in the following steps. Take a photo of the cabinet that the item is missing from. Email the photo and the invoice as proof of purchase to support@smartzeev.com.au We will get back to you via email or a phone call within 48 hours. We are happy to replace any goods damaged in transport. Please make sure when you sign of the delivery note your goods have arrive safe and in good order.

My doors are not soft closing.

All of our doors are soft close. Blum produces the soft close mechanism inside the hinge. You will find a button on the hinge which will enable you to switch between soft close and normal. Please flick the switch and open and close the door in order for the soft close to work.

I need to adjust my doors?

Because of the transport the doors may need to be adjusted. If you installed the kitchen yourself we recommend you watching this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUgd7WT01DU  to help you with the door adjustment. Otherwise you will find adjustment screws on the plates and the hinge. Each adjustment work to its own movement. I.e.: some might move the door up and down, side to side or in and out.

I need to adjust my drawers?

Because of the transport the Drawers may need to be adjusted. If you installed the kitchen yourself we recommend you watching this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=M75LzWNq0GU and or  www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbUhn5WPHL0  to help you with the Drawers adjustment. Otherwise you will find adjustment screws behind the white caps on the side of the metal drawer side. Each adjustment work to its own movement. Ie: some might move the drawer up and down, side to side or in and out.

How do I connect the cabinet to the wall?

We recommend you use 70mm CP screws to connect your cabinet to the wall. All cabinets should be fixed to the stud of the wall with 4 contact points. You should also connect your cabinet to each other with 28mm CP screw.

Please consider a professional cabinet maker to install your kitchen.

What does the warranty covers?

Our limited manufacturing warranty covers you for 10 years on. The structural integrity of the cabinet, the hardware functionality, the door from being delaminating both the paint or the edges of the door.

We will replace your warranty item at no cost excluding delivery charges. We do not cover for wear and tear, intentional damage, colour fading due to sun exposure.

Can I place hot items on the bench?

Direct contact with hot items may result in burning of the laminate or delaminating the glue due to the heat.it is ok to place a hot plate out of the microwave on the bench but do not place a hot pot off the stove on the bench.
